How does Lax Travel eSIM works?
Step 1
Choose your travel destination by country or region and pick your your data package that suits your travel.
Make payment online.
Step 2
Receive an activation link to a QR code via email immediately.
Note: QR code will only be available 180 days
Steps to scan QR code:
a. On iOS: Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Add Cellular Plan (or Add Data Plan), then scan the QR code
b. On Android (Google Pixel): Go to Settings > Network and Internet > SIMs > Add More> Download a SIM instead, and then scan the QR code
c. On Android (Samsung): Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager > Add Mobile Plan > Scan QR code
Remember to turn “Data Roaming” on to start using your data!
Step 3
Activate your eSIM by scanning the QR code before you head to your travel destination (you will need internet connection for this) and get connected instantly as you land.

About Lax Travel eSIM
eSIM stands for embedded SIM. It works like a traditional SIM card, except without a need for the physical card. As long as your device is compatible, you will be able to use an eSIM to get connected anywhere, anytime.
- Choose your travel destination by country or region
